It's Ariadna, co-founder of ed'o Olive Oil, and today I am speaking on a personal note.
After several months of thinking about whether or not I should share my life, my experiences, my process... finally I have made myself brave enough to do it!
I think there are many of us who are undertaking changes in our lives, and it is good to be able to share what we are going through, the doubts, the achievements... Together we are stronger!
I encourage you to join my journey in the Keto lifestyle. Mine is a very Mediterranean Keto, full of olive oil, fresh herbs and summer flavors! Although sometimes I crave eating more exotic treats, so maybe I'll take you on a trip around the world with my "homemade" recipes.
I am not a blogger, chef or a pro in photography... so bear with me despite the non-professional pics ;-) I will be sharing from the best I know, from the heart ❤️

Agradezco saber de ti, aun no he leído el libro, no tengo ni idea de cómo manejar las redes pero la verdad tengo mucho interés de poder mejorar mí alimentación y hacerlo un estilo de vida, a simple vista presiento que serás de mucha ayuda para mí y para todo el que tenga el privilegio cómo yo ahora de conocer el concepto de tú desprendimiento. Necesitaría me aconsejaras, ya que hace un mes empecé con ma dieta cetogenica y se que la estoy haciendo mal, me ha entrado por vía Instagram varias publicidades las cuales te venden un programa con productos y consejos, lista compra, ejercicios, recetas etc.. y su coste es según el pack que elijas. No se que hacer. Que me aconsejas. Gracias
