Come visit us in the heart of Barcelona (next to Plaça Sant Jaume). Indulge your senses with ed'o Extra Virgin Olive Oils, some of the most distinctive EVOOs of Spain, while enjoying the architecture of this amazing building converted into an Art Gallery.

For the entire summer season, you will be able to experience the world of ed'o surrounded by the unique Artwork of famous Artists from Barcelona. Our expert Olive Oil Sommelier will give you detailed explanations about each oil's organoleptic properties as well as best food pairing recommendations. A 360º journey through Spanish Gastronomy and its main pillar: the olive oil.
